Returns and Refund Policy
Refunds
If you qualify for a refund:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Taking 3 to 10 working days.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@larrielondon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
The following policy applies, per product category:
Lingerie and Swimwear
Please note underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons. Kindly refer to size guide prior to making a purchase.
Sleepwear
Sleepwear may be exchanged only within 7 working days from delivery date. If there is no preferred size available, an in-store credit voucher will be issued.
Damage
In a case where the garment has a manufacturing fault or damage, the customer is eligible for an exchange or refund.
Larrie London is liable for all costs to return item, and our team process the exchange or refund accordingly.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
